ASTK Specialty Show 2026 – Welcoming Pamela Perdue (USA) to Sweden
The American Staffordshire Club of Sweden has officially announced the 2026 Specialty Show, and it is with great pride and excitement that we welcome a truly honorable and highly respected breed specialist as judge: Pamela Perdue (USA). Judging since 1992 and actively involved in competition since 1985, Pamela brings decades of knowledge, experience, and dedication to the American Staffordshire Terrier. I believe I am not only speaking for myself when I say that the Swedish Amstaff community looks forward with great anticipation and deep appreciation to welcoming Pam to Sweden for the very first time.
Pamela Perdue is a name that needs little introduction within the American Staffordshire Terrier world. With decades of dedication to the breed as a breeder, exhibitor, and judge, her influence and legacy are well known internationally. Over the years, she has been associated with numerous high-quality American Staffordshire Terriers that have left a lasting mark on the breed.

A Personal Note
For me personally, this occasion carries special meaning. I was first in contact with Pam back in 2007/2008, during my early years as a deeply committed foreign breed enthusiast. To now, for the first time, have the honor of welcoming her to Sweden feels both humbling and incredibly special.
I am also proud to share that for the second consecutive year, I will be supporting the event as a Judge’s Host for the specialty. Being part of this arrangement and contributing to the success of such an important event for our breed is something I value greatly.
About the Show
The 2026 Specialty Show will be held over two days in Gränna, Sweden, offering exhibitors an excellent opportunity to present their dogs in a highly respected setting. The event provides the chance to title your champion dogs and compete for one CAC.
Please note that Pamela Perdue will judge the official specialty on August 1st only.
